We provide fully featured evaluation trial periods (such as our 3-day software trials) specifically so you can test and verify compatibility before any recurring subscription billing begins. We strongly encourage utilizing this window to ensure our software fits your workflow.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund or cancellation requests are reviewed on a strict case-by-case basis, primarily for verified technical system errors (such as accidental duplicate charges or blocking technical incompatibilities). To request a review, contact support with your transaction reference at admin@heartbix.com within 14 days of the purchase date.
