1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HeartBix website, software applications, and services (including HeartBix AI SW Factory and any future product releases), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Software Licenses & Access

HeartBix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software products according to your active subscription or purchase tier (such as Direct Pro, Trial, or Flex Top-Up packages). Licenses are strictly tied to your authorized email address and device constraints.

3. Managed Tokens & Usage

Managed token allocations provided within software tiers are subject to specified limits. Unused token pools do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles unless explicitly specified by a Flex Top-Up agreement.

4. Payments and Billing (Merchant of Record)

All transactions, subscriptions, and renewals are securely processed by our designated Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's checkout terms, billing conditions, and local tax handling policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

HeartBix services and software tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HeartBix shall not be held liable for any data loss, system interruptions, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software.
